League Entry Fees*

  • 1 Team — $510
  • 2 Teams — $485 Per team
  • 3 Teams — $460 Per team
  • 4+ Teams — $435 Per team
    *Practice Time is not included

Multi-Session Discount:

Teams who enter in more than one league season during the school calendar year will receive a $25 discount per team after the first league season they participate in.

Schedule Requests:

Although we do our best to accommodate as many requests as possible, teams with fewer requests often end up with better matchups than those who have many conflicts.

Spectator Admission Fee

There is a $3 daily admission fee for everyone over the age of 2.

League Summary

  • Boys & Girls Teams of ALL Levels Welcome
  • 2nd-12th Grade (Except MS/HS School Season)
  • 7 Games total guaranteed per league session
  • 5 Seasons: Fall, Winter I & II, Spring, Summer
  • LIMITED Schedule Requests Accommodated (Bye Weeks, Doubleheaders, Early / Late Games, etc.
  • Primarily Sunday Games, Start Times: 9am – 9pm (May utilize other days for make-up games if needed)

Shawnee Mission Schools, Other locations as needed.

Coach Information

  • Home team will be team listed first on the game chart & wear light-colored jerseys.
  • Please check in with the gym supervisor once you arrive. There may be materials for you to pick up or information to be conveyed. Two coaches per team will be admitted free of charge provided they sign in.
  • Please pay any registration fees still owed, submit or check your rosters, prior to your first game!

  • Please have score sheet filled out completely before warm-ups begin. (Team name, coach’s name, game time, location, date, division, players.)

  • Each team will need to provide an adult score person. Only one representative at the table from each team.

  • Verify final score is correct on the score sheets. Officials will submit score sheets to the gym supervisor.
