In the event that a facility closes or KC Premiere decides to cancel games due to weather, an announcement will be posted on our website. Please check the website first for the most current updates.

Teams participating in our events travel from a wide geographic area. Conditions may be safe for some teams while unsafe for others. If your team feels it is not safe to travel, please notify us at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled game time so we can inform your opponent.

Teams that do not provide at least 4 hours’ notice will be subject to a $100 forfeit fee.

Inclement weather can make it more difficult for teams to field enough players. Please communicate with your players and families ahead of time to confirm availability. We want to avoid situations where teams make the effort to travel to the gym only to discover there are not enough players available to compete.

Above all, please prioritize the safety of your players, families, and coaches when making travel decisions.
